Tai Chi and Health Qigong have been practised for hundreds of years in China as Martial Art. Nowadays, science has suggested that it is one of the best alternative medicine for health purposes. Health Qigong and Tai Chi is especially suitable to senior people. It consists of soft and gentle exercises, as well as, integrating your mind, body, and spirit.

Tai Chi and Health Qigong are part of Chinese Traditional medicine (TCM), which has been inherited for thousands of years. Science research shows that the benefits include reducing stress, and promoting balance and flexibility. Health Qigong is like body rhythms dancin
ough practicing Tai Chi and Qigong, it can help people increase their strength and developing a calm and harmonic lifestyle by improving the flow of internal energy (or qi) throughout the body.

Indeed, people who do Tai Chi regularly say they feel better, look better, think better, and improve their general sense of well-being.

The Senior people, George and Jan, are excellent examples for us all, they said:  “Tai Chi does not only help us step out from the depression, but builds a kind of relaxing, comfortable and healthy lifestyle.  Now we are enjoying everyday living”.
